The following services are included with the Deep Clean/Yearly scheduled appointments. They are however offered as an add on service with weekly/scheduled appointments.

Organization/clean out services are available at request for additional fees. 

• Internal appliance cleaning including oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer & dryer.
• Internal cabinets with organization services for kitchen, bathroom, or  misc room.
• Internal closets cleaning with organization services for bedroom, hallways, laundry rooms.

Any additional services needed, please contact us for accurate estimate prior to scheduling appointment.

Due to limited staffing & availability, we can not provide;

• laundry services
• carpet/upholstery cleaning
• internal/external window cleaning
• Bedroom cleaning that has not been cleared of personal belongings prior to appointments i.e. toys, makeup & clothing not put in proper place.
• External cleaning or yard work, garage cleaning, attic or basement cleaning unless requested & approved prior to appointment.

All services are billed by labor hours.

All clients requesting to have  re-occurring scheduled appointments must either schedule a initial deep clean appointment prior or be approved by owner after walk thru estimate.

• Deep Clean/One-time/Yearly appointments  - 4.5-6.0hr
• Weekly/Biweekly appointments -2.5- 4.0hr
• Monthly/Quarterly appointments - 3.0-5.0hr
• Remodel/Construction/Move in/out appointments - call for estimate
