up to 1,000 sq ft (Studio-1bdrm apt)   4.0-6.0 hrs        $200 & up

1000-1500sq ft (2-3 bdrm apt)             5.0-6.5 hrs        $250 & up

1500 sq ft or more (3bd+ apt/house)  6.0-8.0 hrs       $325 & up

Studio-2bdrm apt   4.0-5.5 hrs  $450 & up

3bd+ apt/house     6.0-7.0 hrs   $550 & up

Wipe/dust end tabbles, coffee tables, lamps, home decor furniture, dust ceiling fan & lights, light switch plates. Vacuum/fluff couch pillows, empty & clean trash cans.

Vacuum/mop/sweep floor & area rugs, Febreze couch/rugs/chairs as needed.

Wipe/dust internal window sills a needed.

Deep Clean: everything listed plus wipe down walls, baseboards, shelves as needed.

Wipe/disinfect countertops, stove top, microwave, cabinet & drawer doors, refrigerator & dishwasher doors. 

Empty & clean out trash cans.

Sweep & mop floor as needed.

Deep Clean: everything listed plus wipe down walls, baseboards , light plates as needed.

Clean & disinfect counter tops, sink, cabinet and drawer doors.

Clean & disinfect toilet, bathtub/shower.

Spray & wipe down shower liner as needed.

Wipe off all shampoo, toothpaste and other containers as needed. 

Empty & clean trash can as needed.

Clean mirrors as needed.

Sweep & mop bathroom floors.

Deep Clean: everything listed plus wipe down walls , baseboards, light plates as needed.

Projects that would need additional time would be additional charges such as: interior of refrigerator, oven or inside of cabinets . If its during a deep clean appointment it's additional $50 (1.5 hrs)

If it's an add on during a weekly appointment , it is $75.

Tasks that are NOT offered are:

• laundry
• changing soiled linen but will put fresh linen on a stripped bed.
• carpet/upholstery shampoo cleaning
• exterior window cleaning.
